How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast our beans daily at our Melbourne facility. Every bag is stamped with a roast date, and we aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our coffee and merchandise worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

How do I manage my coffee subscription?

You can easily pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. You can also change your grind preference or coffee selection before your next billing cycle.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement.

Are your coffee pods compatible with Nespresso machines?

Yes, our ST. ALi coffee capsules are designed to be fully compatible with standard Nespresso Original line machines. They are also made from recyclable materials.

Can I buy coffee ground for a specific brewing method?

Absolutely. On each product page, you can select your preferred grind—whether it's for Espresso, V60, Aeropress, French Press, or Whole Bean if you prefer to grind at home.
